The General Meeting of members is called once a year.
The Board of Directors is composed of the president, vice-president, treasurer and secretary, three members at large and two alternate members, and is elected for a two-year period.
Five committee chairs are an integral part of the governance of the agency; they may or may not be members of the board.

Members: Individuals supportive of IWOO’s Mission, Vision, Values and Objectives can become members by paying an annual fee. Regular membership is $30.00 and honorary/program-specific membership is $100.00.

IWOO has a unique staff structure and management style. Since the Board at IWOO practices both a working model and a policy governance model, staff at IWOO report to the Board.
